PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
By registering for, attending, or participating in this event, workshop, seminar, class, or related activity, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, audio recording, and other media may take place throughout the event.
You grant the Event Organizer, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, venue hosts, employees, contractors, photographers, videographers, and authorized representatives the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, record, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation in any media now known or later developed.
These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional campaigns, social media, websites, printed materials, digital publications, presentations, educational content, public relations, and other lawful business purposes without additional notice or compensation.
By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ➤ You consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded.
- ➤ You understand that your image, voice, or likeness may appear in promotional or commercial materials.
- ➤ You will not receive compensation, royalties, or ownership rights for the use of these materials.
- ➤ All photographs, videos, recordings, and related content remain the exclusive property of the Event Organizer.
- ➤ You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or their use.
- ➤ To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless the Event Organizer and its affiliates, partners, venue hosts, employees, contractors, photographers, videographers, and authorized representatives from any claims relating to the lawful creation, publication, or use of these materials, including claims relating to privacy, publicity rights, or copyright.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event staff before entering the event area. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request, the Event Organizer cannot guarantee that incidental appearances in crowd or background footage can always be avoided.
